Return Form and Support
Every VitaWave parcel includes a detailed return form. This form provides all necessary information for processing returns, including the address for sending claims, our helpline phone number, and the appropriate email contact. Right to Cancel
In line with the European consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any specific reason. This 14-day period begins the day you, or a third party designated by you (but not the carrier), physically receive the goods. However, due to health and hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns of any cosmetic products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery. If you wish to cancel your order within this 14-day window, you must inform us in writing.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately. You have the option to request a replacement. Our team will initiate the return and replacement process within 24 hours of your notification.

Non-Delivery

Product Efficacy Claims
If you believe the cosmetic product has not had the claimed effect on you, you may request a refund. However, to exercise this right, the claim must be made within 30 days of purchase. Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
